人喉鳞状细胞癌组织中核转录因子-κB P65与PTEN蛋白的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测人喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)组织中核转录因子-κB P65(NF-κB P65)与PTEN蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例LSCC(男46例,女4例;临床分期:Ⅰ期6例,Ⅱ期17例,Ⅲ期22例,Ⅳ期5例;病理学分级:Ⅰ级10例,Ⅱ级24例,Ⅲ级16例;有淋巴结转移27例,无淋巴结转移23例)和20例声带息肉组织中NF-κB P65和PTEN蛋白的表达情况。结果:LSCC和声带息肉组织中NF-κB P65阳性表达率分别为66.0%和5.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN阳性表达率分别为42.0%和75.0%,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LSCC组织中NF-κB P65的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),PTEN的表达与临床分期、病理学分级、淋巴结转移均相关(P均<0.05)。LSCC组织中NF-κBP65和PTEN的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.330,P=0.019)。结论:NF-κB P65的高表达和PTEN的低表达可能与LSCC的发生、发展有关。 Aim : To investigate the expression of NF-κB P65 and PTEN in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) tissue. Methods :The expression of NF-κB P65 and PTEN in 20 cases of polyp of vocal cord and 50 cases of LSCC ( four female cases and 46 male cases;clinical stages: stage Ⅰ , 6 cases; stage Ⅱ,17 cases; stage Ⅲ , 22 cases; stage Ⅳ ,5 cases; pathological stages: stage Ⅰ,10 cases; stage Ⅱ , 24 cases; stage Ⅲ, 16 cases ;27 positive lymph node metastasis cases and 23 negative cases) were detected using immunohistochemical method. Results: In polyp of vocal cord and LSCC tissue,the positive rates of NF-κB P65 protein were 5.0% and 66.0% , respectively (P 〈 0. 05 ) ;those of PTEN protein were 75.0% and 41.9% ,respectively( P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rates of NF-κB P65 and PTEN were correlated with lymph node metastasis in LSCC (P 〈 0. 05 ), and the positive rate of PTEN was correlated with clinical stage and pathological stage (P 〈 0. 05 ). A negative relation was found between NF-κB P65 and PTEN expression in LSCC( rs = -0. 330, P = 0. 019 ). Conclusion:The high expression rate of NF-κB P65 and the low expression rate of PTEN in LSCC are involved in the occurrence and progress of LSCC.
