The theoretical framework of Socialism with Chinese characteristics, the Communist Party＇s innovation in theory during the new era of China＇s opening--up and reforms, is characterized by the distinct features of the times and based firmly on the soical practices, hence an inevitable fruit for the Party to adapt to the new age.
