宝鸡市农产品质量安全管理实践及路径思考

目的在分析现状的基础上,探讨宝鸡市农产品质量安全方面存在的问题和应对措施。方法分析宝鸡市目前农产品质量安全管理及发展现状。结果发现宝鸡市农产品质量存在一些问题:与国内外要求和发展差距明显;品种乱、品质差,区域规划发展滞后;农业产业化标准化程度低;市场准入制度推行缓慢;农产品质量安全法律法规不完整;农产品存在污染的危险性。结论在此研究基础上提出一些解决问题的措施,以期对今后宝鸡市制订提高农产品质量安全策略提供一定的理论参考依据。

Aim By analyzing the quality and safety of agricultural products present situation, study the problem and put forward meaturesof food safety in Baiji . Methods The materials and datas were arranged and analyzed. Results The the quality and safety of agricultural productsof this city have some problems：with domestic and foreign requests and development disparity obvious ~ variety chaotic, quality bad, the regional planning development lag;the agricultural industry standardization degree is low; the marketenters the system to carry out slowly; the quality and safety of agricultural products laws and regulations are incomplete, agricultural product existence pollution risk. Conclusion Based on the basis research, we put forward some measures ,in order to offer thereference for raise food safetyin Baoji city.
