声波测井仪器测试系统的实现

摘要 本文提出了一套可以为声波测井仪器井下电路部分提供信号源和测试源的系统。该系统作为信号源时,根据当前仪器种类,由上位机软件传输对应的声波数据文本到该电路系统中,再由该系统控制D/A转换产生与该仪器对应的各种工作模式的声波波形信号。此信号可以作为声波仪器井下电路的信号源,替代井下测井仪器换能器部分的工作,使得井下仪器的调试能够更加安全和方便地进行。该系统作为测试源时,可以对井下仪器的发射换能器进行测试,同时也能够通过上位机软件控制前置通道板的增益。 This paper proposes a test system, which can be used as the signal sources or the test sources for the debug of the down hole circuit in the acoustic well logging equipment, When the test system is used as the signal sources, the serial communication software selects the acoustic data according to the class of the equipment and transmits it to the circuit system, Then, under the control of the CPU, the D/A converters convert the data to analog waves of different modes. The analog waves can be used as the signal sources instead of the transducers. As a result, the debug of the down hole equipment can be conducted more safely and conveniently. When the system is used as the test sources, it can test the transmitters and control the gain of the analog channel board by the serial communication software.
