摘要
目的:为了寻找算盘子(Clochidion puberum)的活性成分,对其化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析分离纯化技术,通过理化性质和波谱特征分离并鉴定化合物。结果:从乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位分离得到了2个化合物:3β,19α,23α-三羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(Ⅰ),2β,3β,23α-三羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)。结论:以上化合物是从该植物地上部分中分离得到三萜化合物。
Objective： To study the chemical constituents from G. puberum, aiming at searching for bioactive natural products. Methods： Column chromatography techniques were used for separation and purification of the compounds and extensive spectral analyses spectrum were employed for structural elucidation, Results： Two compounds were isolated from the aerial part of G. puberum and their structures were identified as： 3β,19α, 23α-trihydroxy-12-oleanen-28-oic acid （ Ⅰ ）, 2β, 3β, 23α-trihydroxy-12-oleanen- 28-oic acid （ Ⅱ ）, Conclusion： All compounds were isolated from the aerial part of this plant.
