摘要
目的:探讨体育教学中设置恰当有效的目标并及时提供反馈信息对体育教学效果的影响,为高校体育课的教学提供科学依据;方法:随机抽取178名大学生按性别分别组成实验组和控制组:实验组1设置恰当有效的目标并及时提供反馈信息:实验组2设置恰当有效的目标但不提供反馈信息。控制组无目标设置和不提供反馈信息。体育教学以排球课教学为案例进行分析研究。结果:实验组排球课教学后大学生排球技术水平各项指标明显高于控制组,部分指标差异有显著性或非常显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:设置恰当有效的目标并及时提供反馈信息进行体育课教学能提高教学效果。
Objective:To explore the influence of goal setting and timely feedback of the teaching of physical education so as to provide some scientific basis of physical education in colleges. Methods: 178 students were randomly selected by gender and were divided into the experimental group and control group. Proper goals and timely feedback were provided for students in experimental group 1; Students in experimental group 2 were given proper goals and no feedback; no proper goals or feedback were given to students in the control group. The case for study was the teaching of volleyball. Results: In the experimental groups, skill indicators of the students were higher than that in the control group. Tile difference of the indicators was significant or very significant (P〈0.05 or 0.01 ). Conclusion:Setting proper goals and timely information feedback could improve the teaching of physical education.
