This paper anlylize and study the risk of enterprises in the process of merge and acquisition by applying mathematical methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The study shows that the method not only helps enterprises to anlylize their risk of merge and acquisition by quantitative calculation, but also helps enterprises to realize their own business advantages and disadvantages. And these enterprises can improve their inferior, strengthen its own advantages and enhance their own competitiveness by the method.
