摘要
通过对普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估指标体系的分析可以发现,我国当今政府所倡导的本科教育质量观是一种全面素质的、重视过程的、发展的、特色化的质量观。根据系统论的基本原理,我们可以把该指标体系中的7项一级指标、19项二级指标和44个主要观测点再加一个特色项目都可以看作是影响本科教育教学质量的不同层次的因素,只有对这些因素及其之间的关系加以有效控制与协调,才能保证本科教育教学工作的质量。
Though the evaluating guideline system of undergraduate teaching work in our common college,we find ,the viewpoints of quality that our state sparkplug in undergraduate education are the whole diathesis,setting store by process,developmental and characteristic views. At one time, on the keystone of system theory, we may regard these seven stair, nineteen twain stair and forty-four observation dots in the evaluating guideline system as influence factors of the undergraduate teaching quality. No other than controlling and harmonizing these factors as well as its connection, we can ensure the quality of the undergraduate teaching the undergraduate teaching,
