摘要
目的探索低温对内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)血浆含量的影响。方法健康杂种犬12只,采用海水浸泡体温过低症模型,将犬置入低温人工海水中,使其肛温降至27℃。于实验前和肛温降至35℃、30℃、27℃时分别取血浆采用放射免疫分析进行ET和CGRP含量测定。结果随着体温逐渐下降,ET含量逐渐增加,体温降至27℃时血浆ET含量显著增加(P<0.01);而CGR含量则逐渐减少,体温降至27℃时血浆CGRP含量显著下降(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示CGRP含量与ET呈负相关(r=-0.9972,P<0.05)。结论体温过低时,血浆内皮素含量明显增加,而降钙素基因相关肽含量明显下降,且两者呈负相关。
OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of plasma concentration of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene - related peptide (CGRP) in dogs suffering from hypothermia. METHODS Immersed hypothermic dog model was used to decrease the rectal temperature of dogs to 27℃, blood samples were taken at diffirent rectal temperature to measure the plasma ET and CGRP contents. RESULTS When the rectal temperature decreased to 27℃, plasma ET contents were significantly increased ( P 〈0.01) , while CGRP contents decreased ( P 〈0.01). Plasma ET contents were negatively correlated with CGRP contents (r = - 0. 9972, P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION Plasma ET contents are significantly increased while CGRP contents are significantly decreased at severe hypothermia, and they have negative correlation.
