摘要
当前的竞争环境已呈现出典型的动态竞争特点,为了更好地参与全球化竞争,企业必须正确掌握企业战略框架及其战略变革的主要方式。企业战略管理问题是一个系统问题,从系统的角度提出了一种战略管理的框架,即从企业组织、企业文化、企业家能力、核心能力四个角度去认识一个企业的战略管理,并且根据战略框架提出战略变革的的主要方式——一个关键的任命程序、调整企业理念、企业战略重新进行定位、重新设计企业。
The current environment of competition has presented the typical dynamic competitive characteristic. To participate in the globalized competition well, the enterprise must grasp correctly strategic framework and the fundamental mode of strategic transformation. This article believed that the enterprise strategic management is a systematic problem, and proposed from systematic angle one kind of strategic management framework, namely to know an enterprise's strategic management from four aspects in the enterprise organization, the enterprise culture, entrepreneur ability, the core competency , and proposed the fundamental mode of strategic transformation according to the strategic framework - an essential appointment procedure, the adjustment of enterprise conception, the enterprise strategic relocation, the enterprise redesign.
