基于ontology的语义检索技术是建立在语义Web的基础上的.与传统的检索技术相比,这种检索技术能够提高检索的准确率,缩小搜索范围和减少冗余的返回结果.本文首先介绍了ontology和语义Web的基本概念及如何创建基于ontology的语义Web,然后分析基于ontology语义检索系统的构建步骤及核心技术,最后通过protégé2000简要说明语义检索功能的实现及未来的发展前景.

Semantic Web is the groundwork of semantic retrieval technology based on ontology. To compare with the conventional retrieval technology, this method can improve the searching precision, decrease the searching range and irrelevant returns. This paper first presents the basic concepts of ontology and Semantic Web, and how to construct Semantic Web based on ontology, then analyzes the construction steps and the core technology of Semantic Web based on ontology, and at last, shortly illuminates how to implement semantic retrieval by the software tool protege2000, and predicates the future development prosperity.
