Through reasonable application of ＂ reverse teaching method ＂ in carrying to slippery step shot put, the paper aims at improving and carrying the teaching method to the shot put technology of the slippery step further,and furthur improving teaching quality. The experiment is proved that it can improve the teaching result and teaching efficiency to adopt ＂ reverse teaching method ＂ rationally.
