摘要 目的探讨DNA结合抑制因子-1(Id-1)、Maspin在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化Elivision二步法检测80例浸润性导管癌中Id-1、Maspin蛋白的表达情况,并分析其临床病理意义。结果80例浸润性导管癌组织中Id-1蛋白表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。Maspin蛋白表达与组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。Id-1与Maspin表达有相关性(P<0.05)。对80例浸润性导管癌患者应用Cox回归分析,Maspin蛋白是保护因素,Id-1蛋白是危险因素(P<0.05)。结论Id-1、Maspin蛋白的表达在乳腺癌的复发、转移过程中起重要作用。联合检测Id-1、Maspin蛋白可作为判断乳腺癌预后不良的参考指标。 Objective To explore the significances of inhibitors of DNA binding-1 (Id-1), Maspin expressions in invasive ductat cancer with breast infiltrations. Methods Elivision immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expressions of Id-1, Maspin proteins in 80 cases of invasive ductal cancer. The clinical pathological significances of Id-1, Maspin expressions were evaluated. Results The results showed that the expression of Id-1 protein in invasive ductal cancer was significantly correlated with the TNM grading and lymph node metastases. Maspin protein was significantly correlated with histological grade and the TNM grading and lymph node metastases (P 〈0.05). Id-1 protein was significantly correlated with Maspin protein (P 〈0.05). 80 cases of invasive ductal cancer were analyzed by Cox regression. Maspin protein was a protector, while Id-1 proteins was dangerous to patients with invasive ductal cancers (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Id- 1, Maspin proteins may be important in the tumorigenesis of invasive ductal cancer. Co-detection of Maspin, Id-1 proteins may be useful for prognostic assessment.of invasive ductal cancer with breast infiltrations.
