摘要
目的评价男性精子DNA损伤与女性配偶不明原因自然流产的关系,并验证单细胞凝胶电泳(彗星电泳)这种简单、敏感的方法在临床上预测妊娠质量的价值。方法分别将52例配偶近期有不明原因自然流产史男性的精子和52例配偶近期有正常妊娠史男性的精子进行了彗星电泳分析,并对比分析了其中各32例男性精浆的抗氧化能力。结果配偶近期有自然流产史男性精子彗星细胞平均尾长和1~4级彗星细胞的百分率均明显高于配偶近期有正常妊娠史男性精子彗星细胞相应的值,并且精浆抗氧化能力明显低下,两组实验结果对比各数据均有显著性差异。结论女性配偶有不明原因自然流产者,其男性精子有较严重的DNA损伤,并且精浆抗氧化能力明显低下。精子彗星电泳能够用来在临床上预测妊娠质量。
Objective To evaluate the association between sperm DNA damage and spontaneous abortion. Methods Sperm DNA damages in 52 men whose female partners recently suffered from spontaneous abortion without obvious causes (experiment group) and 52 men whose female partners had successful pregnancy (control group) were measured respectively. Results Mean tail length of comet cells and the mean rates of grade 1-4 comet cells of experiment group were all significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion There is a significant association between DNA damage in human sperm and spontaneous abortion of female partner, and sperm comet assay may be used to predict gestation quality in clinic.
