摘要
目的研究大黄提取物中游离蒽醌对实验性便秘小鼠的泻下作用。方法50只昆明种小鼠按随机数字表分为5组,分别为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(果导)、大黄游离蒽醌低、高剂量组(920、2760 mg/kg)。建立燥结便秘模型小鼠,通过结肠给药观察大黄提取物中游离蒽醌的泻下作用。结果大黄中游离蒽醌各剂量组与模型对照组相比,小鼠的首便时间明显缩短,便重、排便粒数明显增加(P<0.01)。结论大黄中游离蒽醌结肠给药时,对燥结便秘模型小鼠具有明显的泻下作用。
Objective To study the cathartic effects of free anthraquinone extracted from rhubarb on mice with experimental constipation. Methods 50 Mice were divided into 5 groups: control group, model group, positive control group, lower free anthraquinone group (920 mg/kg) and higher free anthraquinone group (2 760 mg/kg). The constipation model induced by dehydration was established in mice. Free anthraquinone was given through the colon and its cathartic effects on mice with constipation were investigated. Results Free anthraquinone extracted from rhubarb significantly shortened the first bowel-movement time and increased the number of stool nodules and stool weight when compared with model group (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Free anthraquinone extracted from rhubarb has cathartic effects on mice with constipation.
