摘要
目的:研究电针刺激足三里穴对大鼠烫伤休克早期胃和小肠黏膜血流量的影响。方法:35只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为7组:假烫组(C)、烫伤2 h组(S_2)、烫伤6h组(S_6)、烫伤+电针足三里穴2 h组(SE_2)、烫伤+电针足三里穴6h组(SE_6)、烫伤+电针非经非穴2h组(SSE_2)、烫伤+电针非经非穴6 h组(SSE_6),每组5只。烫伤组大鼠均造成背部35%TBSAⅢ度烫伤(100℃沸水,15s)。烫伤+电针组大鼠于烫伤后30 min开始电针刺激足三里穴或非经非穴(频率2~100 Hz,强度2~3 mA,时间1h)。假烫组于术后2 h、烫伤组于烫伤后2 h和6 h用激光多普勒血流仪测定胃和小肠黏膜血流量。结果:烫伤后大鼠胃和小肠黏膜血流量均较假烫组显著降低(P<0.01),电针刺激足三里穴各组大鼠胃和小肠黏膜血流量均显著回升,显著高于烫伤组和烫伤+电针非经非穴组(P<0.05)。结论:电针足三里穴能显著改善大鼠烫伤休克早期胃和小肠黏膜血流量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture(EA)at Zusanli point(足三里穴)on gas- tric and intestinal blood flow in rats with severe scald injury.Methods:Thirty-five healthy Wistar male rats were randomly divided into seven groups with 5 animals in each group:sham-scald(C),2 hours post scald(S2),6 hours post scald(S6),2 hours post scald+ EA Zusanli point(2-100Hz,2-3 mA,1 hour,SE2),6 hours post scald + EA Zusanli point(SE6),2 hours post scald + sham-EA(SSE2),6 hours post scald + sham-EA(SSE6).The scald model was reproduced by a 35% total body surface area(TBSA)full thickness scald injury with boiling water(100℃,15s).The gastric blood flow and intestinal blood flow were determined with laser Doppler at 2 and 6 hours post injury.Results:The gastric blood flow and the intestinal blood flow were significantly decreased after scald(P〈0.01),but those of the EA groups were markedly higher compared with those in scalded or sham-EA groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The result indicated that electro-acupuncture at Zusanli point has significant effect on improving the gastric blood flow and the intestinal blood flow in rats with severe scald injury.
