摘要
目的:观察蜂胶对四氧嘧啶造成的糖尿病大鼠伤口愈合的影响。方法:健康Wistar大鼠80只,随机分为对照组(n=36)和模型组(n=44)。2组又各随机分为生理盐水处理组和蜂胶处理组。模型组大鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶制成糖尿病模型。4周后所有动物背部两侧制备直径为1.8cm的圆形全皮层伤口。生理盐水处理大鼠用生理盐水冲洗伤口,蜂胶处理大鼠在伤口表面滴加4滴蜂胶。伤口均用无菌纱布固定包扎,每日换药1次。观察各组的创面愈合时间,3、7、14、21d的伤口愈合率,于伤后3、7、14d进行组织病理学观察及免疫组化法检测增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达。结果:与盐水处理相比,对照大鼠和蜂胶大鼠经蜂胶处理能明显提高创面愈合率(P<0.01),缩短创面愈合时间(P<0.05).促进PCNA表达(P<0.01)。结论:蜂胶可以促进糖尿病大鼠创面细胞增殖,加速伤口愈合。
Objective:To investigate the effect of propolis on wound healing of rats with diabetic produced by alloxan.Methods:Eighty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:control groups(n=36)and model groups(n=44).Each group was subdivided into 2 groups:normal saline treatment group and propolis treatment group.Rats of model groups were injected alloxan via tail vein to produce diabetes.Four weeks later,a round wound 1.8 cm in diameter was produced on both sides of the back of each rat.The healing time and 3-,7-,14-,21- day healing rate were observed.The pathological changes were observed and proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PC- NA)was detected by immunohistochemical assay at 3.7,14.21 days after injury.Results:Compared with normal saline controls,the healing rate of the wounds in both control rats and model rats with treatment of propolis was significantly higher(P〈0.01),the healing time was shorter(P〈0.05),and the PCNA expression was elevated (P〈0.01).Conclusion:Propolis can promote cell proliferation and accelerate wound healing in diabetic rats.
