摘要
在总结现有基于虚拟仪器的自动测试系统原位校准方法的基础上,针对所研制的某型雷达综合性能测试系统校准需求,提出了一种面向实际应用的自动测试系统校准方法;该方法根据系统总体结构和系统集成时所用到的虚拟仪器资源,选取系统总体结构中的接口连接器组件作为校准基准面;利用系统内部仪器资源和少量外部基准源构成校准链;设计专用的自检与校准适配器提供校准接口,实现了自动测试系统原位校准;应用结果表明,该方法满足了系统测试准确度要求,具有一定的实用性。
This paper summarized the present situation of on-station calibration of ATS based on virtual instrument.According to the calibration requirement of the integrated performance ATS(automatic test sysytem) for a certain radar,this paper presented an applied calibration method for ATS by selecting the Interface Connector Assembly as the calibration benchmark,utilizing the calibration chains composed of the internal instruments and some external standard ones,and designing special adapter for self-test and calibration as the calibration interface.The application showed that this method realized the on-station calibration of ATS,met the need of test accuracy,and was practical.
