摘要
针对传统车辆电控网络点对点通信方式的不足,结合混合电动汽车的特点,采用基于CAN总线和LIN总线的通讯技术设计了适用于混合电动汽车的整车电控系统通信网络;为了提高整车电控系统的工作效率和通信的稳定性,详细设计了CAN总线的通信协议和节点传输内容、CAN总线和LIN总线的通用硬件电路和软件流程,并对通信网络进行了功能建模与仿真;仿真结果和实际道路测试表明,设计的通讯网络满足工况下整车性能指标要求,主要网络节点通信良好。
In this paper,a vehicle communication net of electric control system is constituted by CAN-bus and LIN-bus aimed at the features of HEV.To improve the efficiency of whole system and optimize the dynamic performance,the communication protocols and content of nodes transmission are particularly established.The hardware circuity and software flow of CAN-bus and LIN-bus are designed.At the same time,the network is modeled and simulated.The result of road test and simulation show that the communication net can satisfy the performance index of the whole design stably and mostly nodes have a well data communication.
