摘要
电动助力转向系统(EPS)可根据路况及车况调整控制电机的助力状态,降低能源消耗,提高转向特性及行驶安全性;介绍了电动助力转向系统的结构和工作原理,开发了以PHILIPS公司8位单片机P87LPC768为核心的电动助力转向控制器;介绍了控制器电源部分、数据采集及处理部分、单片机及外围电路部分、电机驱动部分及故障诊断和输出部分的设计方法;并提出一些提高系统抗干扰能力的硬件措施;实验证明系统助力性能良好,控制器可以满足助力转向系统的要求。
The power condition of a motor in an automobile EPS(Electric Power Steering) system can be adjusted according to road condition and automobile condition,so that the energy consumption can be reduced and the steering characteristics and driving safety can be improved.The constituents and its operational mechanism of electric power steering system are introduced.The controller of electric power steering system was developed based on a 8-bit SCM named P87LPC768,made by PHILIPS company.Design measures of parts of power supply,collection and disposal of data,periphery circuit,motor driving,diagnosis and output of failures in the controller are introduced.Some hardware measures used to improve the anti-jamming abilities of the system are advanced.It proved by the experiment that,the capability of power assistance is good and the controller is satisfied to the systemic demands.
