This article has outlined the important security chip. in information security construction, role of the TPM （trusted platform module） as well as the TPM security chip＇s characteristic and the test difficulty, in test in the TPM security chip, when automatically downloads the password, may uses the different method to generate the test pattern of the password according to the special details of the password-algorithm. This article introduced with emphasis two kinds to generate test pattern in real time in test in the TPM security chip. From generating the password according to the specific security algorithm to writting the password in the chip, these two methods are automatic, continual and real-time. They had been proven to be feasible and highly effective by the quantity test of a information security chip on Teradyne J750 tester.
