MC68376的定时处理单元在高压共轨柴油机喷油系统中的应用

摘要 分析了32位微控制器MC68376各模块的功能,重点研究了定时处理单元(TPU)的缺少/附加跳变检测周期测量功能(PMM/PMA)和相位同步脉冲发生器功能(PSP)。PMM/PMA用一个缺少/附加跳变作为基准点,能方便地检测柴油机信号盘上的少/多齿,实现判缸;根据判缸信号,PSP在指定的角度分别产生输出跳变,实现喷油控制。结果表明该微控制器特别适用于汽车或类似的场合,是高压共轨柴油机喷油控制的理想选择。 The function of MC68376 was analyzed in this paper, and the function of PMM/PMA and PSP in TPU was researched as emphasis, The PMM/PMA can detect the missing/additional tooth on diesel signal set and realize cylinder detection conveniently using a missing/additional transition as datum mark; According to the signal of cylinder detection, the PSP can realize injection control by producing output-transition separately at appointed angle. The result showed that MC68376 is very fit for motor or similar occasion, and it is an ideal choice for high pressure common rail diesel injection control.
