摘要
1969年Morley and Barr最早将最大径大于25mm的动脉瘤定义为颅内巨大动脉瘤，约占所有颅内动脉瘤的3％-6％，平均5％左右。多见于颈内动脉海绵窦段、床突旁段和分叉部，大脑中动脉分叉部，基底动脉干及分叉部，有其独特的临床特点。
