Protection Takes Priority over Planning Constructing Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula National Geopark with High Standard

在保护的前提下合理规划布局,适度开发建设深圳东部大鹏半岛国家地质公园是保护生态环境、提高社会经济效益、建设可持续发展的生态城市的举措。地质公园资源丰富,严格保护、统一管理是公园建设总的指导思想,全面布局、合理规划、划定不同等级的保护区域是实施规划的重点。具体的保护措施包括:地质遗迹景观保护、历史人文资源的保护、生态环境保护和安全卫生与防灾减灾规划。规划策略则有景区范围和权属规划、完善的国家地质公园管理体制规划、景区系统规划、旅游服务规划、基础工程设施规划和GIS管理信息系统规划等。

The rational development of Shenzhen Dapeng Peninsula National Geopark responded to protecting an ecological environment, improving social efficiency and building a sustainable eco-city. Geo-park is endowed with rich resources and a scientific management system is required in the construction of the park. The overall layout, rational planning and classification of different preservation zones should be on the priority of the planning. The protection of the geological landscape, historic resources and ecological environment as well as the disaster-protection was listed as the protection measures while the planning strategies comprised the planning of the scenic spots, the management system for the National Geo-park, the tourism service, the infrastructure and GIS.
