亚甲蓝局部封闭联合中药熏洗法治疗肛周瘙痒症疗效观察

Effective Observertion on Curing Peri-anal Pruritus in the Way of Methylthionium Chloride Partly Blocking Therapy Combined with Fuming ＆ Washing Using Chinese Herbal Drugs

为了探索肛门瘙痒症治疗方法，将300例肛门瘙痒患者随机分成观察组与对照组，观察组采用亚甲蓝加生理盐水局部封闭联合中药熏洗，对照组采用维生素B1加维生素B12于长强穴注射。结果显示，观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.001）。结果表明，亚甲蓝局部封闭加中药熏洗法治疗肛周瘙痒疗效确切。

In order to search for the therapeutic method of peri-anal pruritus the 300 patients were randomly divided into observing group and comparing group;methylthironium chloride（MC） and NaC1 partly bloc-king therapy（PBT） combined with fuming ＆ washing using Chinese herbal drugs were used in the observing group. In the comparing group VitB1 and VitB12 were injected into Changqiang point（DU1）. The results indicated that curative effect of observing group was much better than that of comparing group（ P〈0.001）. The above results show that the combined therapy has a good curative effect in the way of using MC and NaCI plus fuming ＆ washing using Chinese medicine for pori-anal pruritus.
