摘要
针对分布式发电的特点,提出了一种新的含多种复合能源的分布式发电系统发电成本最低的机组组合模型,并提出了一种针对分布式发电系统的调度策略,用改进的遗传算法求取在此策略下机组组合的发电费用,约束条件中不仅包含了常规机组组合问题的约束,还考虑了分布式发电系统的特殊约束,算例证明此模型和算法是可行的。
With the decrease of the fossil energy sources and increase of insecure factors of large-scale power grid, distributed generation technologies gain more and more attentions. According to the characteristics of distributed generations, a new model of unit commitment with the objective of minimizing generating cost is proposed. A dispatch strategy is proposed to handle the unit commitment problem of distributed generation systems with multiple energy sources. The proposed unit commitment model considers both traditional constraints and special constraints related with distributed generation systems. This unit commitment problem is solved by an improved genetic algorithm. A relevant example verified the efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm.
