葡萄糖神经酰胺合成酶异常表达对肝癌多药耐药性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究旨在探讨GCS在HCC组织中的表达及与多药耐药的关系。 一、材料与方法 1.一般资料:收集2005年1月至2006年3月我院手术切除的HCC组织标本49例。所有病例术前均未行放疗及化疗,其中男46例,女3例;年龄12~70(平均51)岁。肝硬化组织标本14例,其中男性13例,女性1例;年龄33~70(平均55)岁。
