LY294002靶向抑制PI3K/Akt信号通路干预胃癌细胞生长的研究 被引量:5

摘要 我们通过体外细胞实验,探讨LY294002特异性靶向抑制胃癌细胞P13K活性,抑制增殖、诱导凋亡的作用及可能机制。 一、材料与方法 1.材料:(1)细胞株:胃癌细胞系SGC7901由本实验室传代培养,含10%小牛血清的RPMI1640培养基,在37℃、5%CO2培养箱中培养,2~3d更换培养基1次。(2)试剂与仪器:P13K抑制剂LY294002为美国Promega公司产品,用前稀释成所需的浓度。
