钇-羟基磷灰石纳米微粒对人牙周膜细胞生物学行为的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价Y-HA纳米微晶对人牙周膜细胞的影响。方法:通过人牙周膜细胞的体外培养技术,采用MTT法、透射电镜、细胞免疫化学检测方法,评价Y-HA纳米微晶对人牙周膜细胞增殖、亚细胞结构、Ⅰ型胶原合成的影响。结果:Y-HA和HA纳米微晶对牙周膜细胞均具有促进细胞早期增殖,促进Ⅰ型胶原合成的作用,Y-HA纳米微晶对细胞的早期增殖作用比HA纳米微晶更明显;人牙周膜细胞大量吞噬纳米微晶,细胞的体积和形态无变化,但与细胞代谢有关的一些亚细胞结构发生了一定的变化。结论:Y-HA纳米微晶比HA纳米微晶具有更好的细胞相容性。 AIM: To evaluate the effects of yttrium/hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (Y/HA) on the human PDL cell. METHODS: Through MTT assay, transmission electron microscopy and cellular immunochemistry , we co -cultured the human PDL cells with Y/HA in vitro and evaluated the effect on the cell proliferation, intracellular structure and collagen Ⅰ formation of the human PDL cell. RESULTS : Both of Y/HA and HA could promote the early stage proliferation and collagen Ⅰ formation of the human PDL cell. The early stage proliferation effect of Y - HA was more obviously than that of HA. After the PDL cell phagocytized Y - HA, the volume and the shape of the cell had no change but some intracellular structures related to metabolism got changes. CONCLUSION: The Y/HA possesses more brilliant cytocompatibility than HA.
