浆细胞样树突状细胞及Toll样受体与单纯疱疹病毒感染 被引量:1

摘要 人体感染病原体时激发的天然免疫反应一直是研究的热点。浆细胞样树突状细胞(Plasmacytoid dendrtic cell,pDC)是病毒感染时激发人体免疫反应的重要细胞。它能在Toll样受体(TLR)的辅助下识别病原体并分泌大量I型IFN及趋化因子等细胞因子,本文综述了单纯疱疹病毒感染人体时pDC及TLR在机体免疫反应中的作用。
