摘要
造纸厂的生产管理中需要计算产浆量与造纸用浆量的差值,但由于测量误差使得差值较大,所以需要在计算平衡之前先进行数据协调,用求得的估计值代替测量值进行纸浆平衡计算,生成报表。针对此问题,进行数据协调的仿真实验,使得到的估计值尽可能逼近测量值,同时又满足平衡约束条件,有助于解决数据测量误差引起的问题。
It is necessary to calculate the D-value between the pulp's output and its use amount in paper mill management. Because of the metering error and large D-value, the data reconciliation is necessary before calculating the balance, and the report forms are produced by re- placing the measured value with the estimated value for the pulp balance calculation. In the data reconciliation emulation experiment, the es- timated value not only approaches the measured value but also satisfies the balance confinement condition, which is helpful to resolve the metering error problem.
