摘要
漆酶是一种含铜氧化酶,由于漆酶的催化反应只需空气中的氧气即可,水是唯一的副产物,被称为"绿色催化剂"。近10年来,漆酶用于纤维改性的研究引起普遍关注。本研究介绍了漆酶改善纤维特性在生产无黏合剂的纤维板以及提高纸浆强度性能中的研究进展,综述了漆酶或漆酶/介体处理活化纤维产生黏合性的影响因素和机理,浅述了漆酶催化氧化木素的机理,展望了漆酶催化氧化反应的研究重点和方向。
Laccase is a kind of copper-containing multi-phenol oxidase, which works with air and produces water as the only by-product, and is called “green” catalyst. Applications of laccase in fiber modification have received much attention from researchers in last decades. This paper focused on the recent reports on the application of laccase in activating the wood fibers, including the manufacture of fiberboard and im- provement of pulp properties, and reviewed the influence factors and mechanisms of fiber^adhesion derived from laccase or lacease/mediator system treatment. The catalysis-oxidation mechanisms of interaction between laccase and lignin were introduced briefly. Emphases and directions of the study on laccase-catalytic oxidation were forecasted.
