摘要
介绍了一个节能示范楼的屋顶绿化的案例。采用国内外较先进的屋顶绿化技术和材料,充分展示屋顶绿化植物生态环境;后期养护管理利用建筑贮存雨水的回灌技术,初步验证屋顶绿化在建筑节能方面的作用,总结了屋顶绿化工程实施的技术要点,以及适合北京地区屋顶绿化的建植技术;借此为北京地区屋顶绿化的推广提供技术参考。
This paper introduces a case study in the Roof Greening of a Building Energy Efficiency Demonstration Project. Advanced roof greening technology and material have been adopted to create an ecological environment for the green roof plants. Regarding the maintenance, a recirculation technology for rainwater storage is applied to verify the energy efficiency of roof greening. Besides, it also summaries the technological key points of the roof greening construction and the planting technology which is suitable for Beijing＇s roof greening proiect. It is expected to be helpful for the development of roof greening in Beijing.
