基于SPWM压力闭环控制系统的设计

摘要 由于正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)技术动态特性好,能有效地减小电动机的转矩脉动,明显地提高电动机的效率,因此在电机控制中得到了广泛的应用。介绍了以数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407为核心的压力闭环控制系统,采用SPWM技术实现了变频变压控制。实验及现场应用结果表明,采用SPWM技术的压力闭环控制系统具有实现简单、性能优良和安全可靠的特点。 The technique of Sine Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) which has fine dynamic characteristic can reduce the motor torque ripple effectively and increase the motor efficiency obviously, so it has been used in the motor control widely. A closed-loop pressure control system based on the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407 is introduced in this paper, and the variable frequency variable voltage control strategy has been implemented with SPWM. The tests and the application results on the spot show that the pressure control system with SPWM has many merits such as simple realization, good running performance and safety.
