摘要
以PVDF为传感元件建立的应变监测系统正被广泛地应用于大型结构的健康监测研究中,以大型钢混结构建筑中的钢筋作为变形测试件,PVDF薄膜为传感元件,通过实验分析了当外力作用在测试件表面时,PVDF薄膜的输出电压和测试件实际变形之间的关系。
The strain monitoring system of PVDF film as the strain sensor that is widely used for structural health monitoring. In this paper, the experiment analyses that the relationship between output of PVDF film and rebar deformation while the external forces is influenced on surface of the specimen, the result shows there is the linear relationship between the output voltages of PVDF film and its deformation from the specimen. Therefore, long-term health monitoring of large ferroconcrete structure is finished by PVDF film as the strain sensor.
