天津市发展循环经济的模式研究

On the Pattern of Circular Economy in Tianjin

作为首都经济圈的核心城市之一的天津市,近年来其经济快速发展,对建立循环型社会提出了新的要求。文章通过分析天津市循环经济的发展现状和存在的主要问题,借鉴发达国家发展循环经济的经验及模式,针对天津市的经济社会特点,提出了适合天津走可持续发展道路的循环经济模式,从而可以在一定程度上解决天津市经济社会发展过程中资源与环境之间的制约,经济发展与环境保护之间的冲突问题。

Tianjin＇s rapid economic development has set the new request to establish the circular society in recent years. In this paper,by analyzing the present situation and problems of Tianjin＇s circular economic development and making reference to the experiences and patterns of developed countries＇ circular economic development, an appropriate circular economic pattern has been proposed for the sustainable development of Tianjin.This pattern,to a certain extent,solves the problem of the resources and environment restriction in the process of economic development in Tianjin,and alleviates the conflict between the economic development and the environmental protection.
