摘要 以碱式氯化铝和氧氯化锆为主要原料,谷氨酸为有机配位基,通过两步络合反应,合成了一种阳离子型水溶性铝锆皮革染色助剂,对其物性进行了测定与表征。并将其应用于皮革染色工艺中,探讨了其对染料上染率、染色牢度、K/S的影响,结果表明:该偶联剂可使固色作用增强,革坯的耐干/湿擦性得到提高。 A cationic water soluble zircoaluminate leather dyeing coupling agents was synthesized through two complex reaction steps with basic aluminum chloride and zirconium oxychloride as main raw materials, and glutamic acid as organic dentate, The physical properties of this zircoaluminate coupling agent was determined and characterized. The coupling agent was applied in leather dyeing process, And the influence of the agent on dye - uptake rate, dyeing fastness and K/S value was alyzed. The resuits indicate that this coupling agent could enhance the dye fixation and dry/wet scrapping resistance.
