亚洲49个牛群体体尺性状的多元统计分析

Principal Component Analysis and Classification of Body Characteristics in the Part Cattle Population of Asia

根据亚洲４９个牛群体成年母牛８项体尺性状进行主成份分析与聚类：结果表明：家牛体尺性状的第一主成份为体型大小因子，占总信息量的８６．１％；同时依据主成份值将亚洲４９个牛群（Ｄ＝２．０）分为大、中。

According to 8 body characteristics of the adult cow of 49 cattle populations in the Asia were carrying out the principal component analysis and classification. The result indicated that the first principal component of body characteristics of domestic cattle is the body size factor, its occupied 86.1% of total information measure; the 49 cattle populatins were divided into three types (ie. big. medium and small body size) at the same time by applying principal component value.
