针刺加超短波治疗周围性面瘫28例疗效比较观察

Comparison of Treatment of 28 Peripheral Facial Paralysis Cases with Acupuncture in Combination with Ultrashort Wave

目的观察针刺加超短波治疗周围性面难的疗效、疗程。方法将56例周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组,28例采用针刺加超短波进行治疗(治疗组),28例采用单纯针刺治疗(对照组),对两组的临床治疗结果进行分析评定。结果治疗组治愈率为93%,对照组治愈率为71.5%,两组治愈率比较,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)在两组治愈者中,经2个疗程治疗后,治疗组治愈率为84.7%,对照组为65%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组治愈患者的疗程短于对照组。结论在针刺基础上加用超短波治疗周围性面瘫疗效优于单纯性针刺。

To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave on peripheral facial paralysis. Course： To divide 56 cases of peripheral facial paralysis into two groups at random. 28 cases were treated with acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave （the treatment group ） and 28 cases with acupuncture merely （ the control group ）. And to make analysis and evaluation to the results of two groups. Result： The curative rate in the treatment group was 93% in the treatment group and 71.5% in the control group. The difference in the comparison of curative rate in two groups were remarkable （P 〈0.05 ）. Among recovery cases, curative rate was 84.7% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group after two courses. The difference was notable （ P 〈 0.05 ）. It indicated that the course of the recovery cases in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion ： The effect of acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave on peripheral facial paralysis was superior to that of acupuncture alone.
