本文论述了抗战爆发后我国出版业退守于内地,是适应战时环境所作的必然而又明智的选择,也是出版文化人将抗战进行到底的决心与信心所在。并指出抗战期间出版业的迁徙,呈现着据点分散不一、机构游移频繁的特点。重庆和桂林,因为各方面条件相对优越,成为大后方出版业最为发达的两个城市。

The paper deliberates the fact that Chinese publishing industry transferred to inland is an advisable and necessary choice in Anti-Japanese War, this transfer also exhibits publishers＇ firmness and confidence to insist on Anti-Japanese War. Further, the author points out the characters existing in this transfer, and narrates two distinct publishing cities, just Chongqing and Guilin.
