摘要
用油酸与二乙醇胺反应合成油酸二乙醇酰胺,用五氧化二磷作为磷酸化剂,经酯化、水解,合成了油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯,确定了最佳合成条件,并对合成产品的表面活性进行了测定。结果表明,油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯的最佳合成条件为油酸二乙醇酰胺∶五氧化二磷=1∶1(摩尔比);反应温度为80℃;反应时间为4 h。所合成的油酸二乙醇酰胺磷酸酯具有良好的润滑防锈性能。
Oleic diethanolamide phosphate was synthesized with oleic acid, diethanolamine and phosphorus pentoxide through the three-step reaction of esterification, hydrolysis and neutralization. The optimum synthesis conditions were established, then the surface activity of the product was determined. The optimum synthetic conditions about oleic diethanolamide phosphate were: oleic diethanolamide : phosphoric anhkdride = 1:1 (mol·mol^-1 ), reaction temperature 80℃, and reaction time 3 h. The product had good surface active properties.
