摘要
目的通过对6年来44例赔付的医疗纠纷案例调查,了解医疗纠纷发生的特点,探索预防医疗纠纷的可行性。方法选取2001年 ̄2006年间的44起赔付的医疗纠纷材料,进行回顾性分析,寻找其特点。结果在44起医疗纠纷中,手术科室占63.6%(16/44),非手术科室占36.4%(28/44);2002年以后医疗纠纷呈逐年增多趋势;在医疗纠纷争议焦点中医生告知不到位占65.9%,治疗不当占54.5%,诊疗欠缺占11.4%;患者的性别、年龄、职业、地域都与医疗纠纷的风险密切相关。结论掌握医疗纠纷发生的规律和特点,建立医疗风险防范机制,构建和谐医患关系,加强医疗安全教育,提高医疗技术水平,是减少医疗纠纷发生的关键因素。
Objective To find out the reasons and Characteristics of medical disputes and solve the problem by analysis on the data relating to 44 cases compensated for. Methods 44 cases of medical disputes from 2001 to 2006 were statistically analyzed. Results OF 44 medical disputes, was concerned for 63.6% and non-surgical system was 36.4%.Medical disputes increased gradually since 2003. The focus points of medical disputes were the poor information from doctors to patients ( 65.9% ), incorrect treatment ( 54.5% ) and flaw of diagnosis treat ( 11.4% ). Sex, age, occupation and region of cases were relevant to high-risk of medical disputes. Conclusions In order to reduce medical disputes, it was essential to control the regulation and characteristics of medical disputes, establish the medical risk early-warning mechanism , build up satisfactory doctor-patient relationship, strengthen the education of medical ethics and security and boost the level of medical treatment and technique.
