摘要
目的建立一阶导数分光光度法测定氯地滴眼液中氯霉素的含量。方法一阶导数分光光度法,在305nm处测定氯地滴眼液的振幅D。结果线性范围为20.13 ̄30.01μg/ml,r=0.99989(n=5);平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=0.227%(n=5),氯地滴眼液中地塞米松及辅料无影响。结论该法操作简便、准确,消除了地塞米松的影响,适合于医院制剂氯地滴眼液中氯霉素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of content of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol and dexamethasone eye drops by primary derivative spectrophotometry.Mcthocls Using primary' derivative spectrophotometry,the amplitude D of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone eye drops was determinated at the wavelength of 305 nm. Results linearity of chloramphenicol content was revealed over the range of 20.13-30.01 ug/ml,r=-0.99989 (n=5).The average recovery was 99.78% with RSD of 0.227% (n=5). Primary derivative spectrophotometry could eliminate the interference of dexamethasone and excipient.Conclusion It was a rapid,convenient and accurate method and eliminate the interference of dexamethasone.It could be fit for the determination of content of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol and dexamethasone eye drops in hospital.
