摘要
目的探讨三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)对高龄非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的临床疗效和不良反应。方法53例非小细胞肺癌患者,采用三维适形放射治疗,照射剂量DT2.0Gy/次,5次/周,DT总量64￣70Gy;放疗后1个月￣3个月行胸部CT检查评价疗效。结果53例患者中,完全缓解(CR)17例,部分缓解(PR)30例,稳定(SD)4例,进展(PD)2例,总有效率88.7%(47/53);不良反应主要是放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎、白细胞减少,多属Ⅰ￣Ⅱ级,经对症处理后恢复。结论三维适形放射治疗对高龄非小细胞肺癌患者的近期疗效较好,且不良反应较轻,尚可耐受。
Objective To discuss therapeutic effect and side effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3DCRT） in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 53 patients with non-small cell lung cancer with received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3DCRT） ,DT 2.0Gy/T,5T/W,the overall DT 64-70Gy;CT examination was performed in the 1 to 3 month followed-up period to verify the therapeutic effects.Results Among 53 patients, 17 patients were CR,30 patients PR,g patients SD,2 patients PD,Total effective rate （CR＋PR）was 88.7 %. The main side effect was radioactive pneumonitis, radioactive esophagitis, neutropenia. But they were tolerable.Conclusion 3DCRT was an effective and tolerable regimen for treatment of elderly non-small cell lung cancer.
