Setup and Functions of the GIS in the Scenic Spots of Heilongjiang Province

在对黑龙江省风景名胜区资源现状进行了调查基础上,基于“3S”技术以黑龙江省风景名胜区规划管理所需的空间信息和非空间信息为基础,以数据库体系和标准化体系为支撑,建立起黑龙江省风景名胜区地理信息管理系统,实现了基础信息管理、规划信息管理、监测信息管理、专家辅助决策、系统管理等功能。

Supported by the database and standardization system, the GIS for the scenic spots of Heilongjiang Province was set up on the basis of a survey to the resources of the scenic spots , the 3S technology, space and non-space information for the planning and management of scenic spots. This paper also expounded several functions of GIS, namely the basic information management, planning information system, supervision information, expert-assisted decision–making and system management.
