摘要
废旧橡胶的再生,是关系到环保和资源综合利用的重要课题,超声波再生法,被认为是最具发展前途的再生方法之一,本文对废旧轮胎胶粉的超声波脱硫过程进行了实验研究。结果表明,超声波能有效地对硫化胶进行脱硫再生,超声波的振幅和作用间隙对脱硫过程起关键作用。
Recycling of waste rubber is an important subject that connects environment and resource problem. Ultrasonic process is regarded as one of the most promising process. An experimental study was made on the recycling process of ground rubber tires in present paper. Results indicated that vulcanizates can be effectively devulcanized with ultrasonic energy. Die gap and ultrasonic amplitude have critical affects on the devulcanization of vulcanizates.
