管状半导体薄膜电热元件在通水通电中发生打弧故障原因和排除故障

摘要 管状半导体薄膜电热元件是一种新型的热式电热水器,它具有水电分离、安全可靠、热效率高和节能等优点,得到广泛应用。本文对制作过程中的打弧故障导致废品率高达15%的失效机理进行了分析研究,并提出了有效的预防措施,对降低生产成本、提高成品率有一定的参考价值。 Cannular semiconductor film electrothermal organ is a new type and thermic immersion heater with separating the water from electricity , safety and credibility , the high of thermal efficiency and economy. It is applied widely. This paper analyses the disabled mechanism waster ratio is 15% in eliminate arc welding in manufacture process, putting forward effective defending measure, having some reference value in reduce costing and increasing the ratio of finished product.
