绿色巴夫藻的培养生态条件试验

A TESTING STUDY ON ECOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF CULTIVATION OF PAVLAVA VIRIDIS

对绿色巴夫藻ｐａｖｌａｖａｖｉｒｉｄｉｓ进行了生态条件试验，认为该藻能适应光强５００－２５００Ｌｕｘ；适温范围５－３３℃，最适２０－２６℃；密度１．００５－１．０４０ｇ／ｃｍ３，最适１．００５ｇ／ｃｍ３；ｐＨ５－９都可以满足其正常生长，通过单因子和正交试验表明：培养液的较佳配方是在天然海水中加入（ＮＨ２）２ＣＯ－Ｎ２０ｍｇ／ｄｍ３，ＫＨ２ＰＯ４－ｐ１ｍｇ／ｄｍ３，ＦｅＳＯ４－Ｆｅ０．２ｍｇ／ｄｍ３，维生素Ｂ１１ｍｇ／ｄｍ３和维生素Ｂ１２０．００５ｍｇ／ｄｍ３。

Based on the ecological condition test of pavlava viridis,the suitable conditions for normal growth of the algea are as follows:light intensity 500-2500Lux,temperature 5-33℃ (optimum 20-26℃),spocific gravity 1.005-1.040(optimum 1.005),pH value 5-9. By means of the single-factor and orthogond test,it was shown that the better prescription of culture solution is that the following substauces are added in the natural sea water:(NH 2) 2CO-N 20mg/dm 3,KH 2PO 4-p 1mg/dm 3,FeSO 4-Fe 0.2mg/dm 3 V B1 1mg/dm 3 and V B12 0.005mg/dm 3.
