温度和培养密度对室内养殖鲍苗生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 根据我所西轩试验场五年(1991~1995)的室内大规格鲍苗培育观察,对1991年度和1992年度0.7~3.0cm鲍苗生长情况进行了比较。在自然水温条件下,鲍苗以4~6月和10~12月生长最快,5月份平均最高日增长达200mm,2~3月低温期和7~8月高温期生长迟缓。本文还通过对单位体重鲍苗耗氧量的计算,提出了鲍苗的理论培育密度,1cm鲍苗培育密度为5000颗/m2,2.0cm鲍苗为1100颗/m2,3.0cm鲍苗为400颗/m2。 According to the five-year (1991-1995) study at Xixuan-Island Test Farm of the institute on large- sized abalone seedling, Haliolis discus hannai Ino, and comparing it with the growth of 0.7-3.0 cm abalone of 1991 and 1992, we believe that the natural temperature of Zhejiang sea water area is more suitable to the growth of the abalone. than that of northern sea water area(northern China). The bestgrowth season is from Apr. Through June and from Oct. Through Dec, with the fastest growth rate being 200 mm in May; The lower growth season is from Feb though Mar. In winter and from July through Aug. In summer, The best growth temperature is 15-20℃. When temperature was lower than 10℃ or higher than 25℃, the breeding rate was sharply decreased, thus slowed growth rate down. Based on the calcuulation of DO/weight of abalone,We got daily water flow rate which is needed by 1-3cm abalone. Again based on it,found a theoretical culture density underthe condition of 10 times of above water folw rate and of maintaining 80% DO saturation, that is, at a temperature of 25℃ and a DO of 4 0ml/L The dinsity are as follows:for 1 0cm abalone, 5000 abalone/sq. meter; 2 0cm, 1,100;3 0cm, 400.
