本文总结了“八五”以来全国城市园林绿化建设情况。对“十五”期间建设情况与规划指标进行了比较,并指出了相关问题。在此基础上,对“十一五”全国城市园林绿化发展,在人均公共绿地面积,建成区绿地率,建成区绿化覆盖率,园林绿化建设投资等方面进行预测。最后探讨了城市园林绿化的政策形势,指出“科学发展观”与“五个统筹”是“十一五”规划城市园林绿化发展的根本。

This article summarizes the enforcement history of the nationwide urban landscape construction since the ＂eighth five- year plan＂. Besides, it compares the implementation of the ＂tenth five-year plan＂ with its anticipated target, and has indicated some related problems. And on basis of this, it makes predictions on the urban landscape development plan, per capita public green space area, green space ratio in constructed areas, green coverage in constructed areas, investment in landscape construction etc. Finally, it discusses the trend of urban landscape policies, and points out that ＂scientific developmental strategy＂, ＂five balances＂ and the ＂eleventh five-year plan＂ are the fundamentals of planning the urban landscape.
